site who are willing to purchase or have purchased products, in the form of fine art prints and paintings, or services, in the form of photography assignments,

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that
any errors in the Service will be corrected.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Price Modifications

Prices for our Products and Services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Products or Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Product or Service.

3. Products

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange
only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer
monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sales of our Products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a
case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue

Certain services such as photography assignments, projects or commissions may be available exclusively by contacting us via this website.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the booking of our services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a
case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of services that we offer. Any offer for any service made on this website is void where
prohibited.

An editing fee will be added to every assignment, project or commission: its amount will depend on how complex the editing need to be and how fast the
photographs need to be delivered.

5. Prices, Due Date, Payments

The prices in Euro listed in this website or given upon enquiry are to be understood as valid prices. The listed/given prices are inclusive of German VAT.

Price variations are possible. The price stated at the time of acceptance is decisive.

5.1 Assignments, Projects, Commissions

Payment will be due upon completion of the job and after having received the files. There is a 30 days grace period after reciving the invoice.

5.2 Purchase of Products

In case of Fine Art Prints, Drawings and Paintings, the payment will be due upon completion of the email order and no product will be shipped until the money
are received.

The following payment methods are available to the customer:

5.3 PayPal

You will receive a payment request from us through a PayPal email. Follow the link to complete your payment. Taxes and transaction fees may apply.

5.4 Bank Transfer

After an agreement of purchase between the seller and the buyer, the buyer will receive the IBAN number and the BIC/SWIFT required for the bank transfer.

6. Accuracy of Billing And Delivery Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or
per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or
shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing
address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be
placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate product description and delivery information for all orders made through our websites. You agree to

9. Delivery And Complaints

9.1 Delivery

Luigi Fieni Imagery delivers in 7-14 days.

9.2 Right of complaint

After received your purchase, you have 14 (fourteen) days to complain according to the European Law. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.

10. Withdrawal And Return Policy

10.1 Right of Withdrawal

In case of purchasing goods from us (for example fine art prints or paintings), You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving
any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter
sent by post, fax, or email). Our contact details can be found below.

If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email) without
delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the
withdrawal period has expired.

10.2 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the
supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue
delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out
such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you
will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

In case of services (for example a photography assignment), if you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall
pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison
with the full coverage of the contract.

Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw, and some items can therefore not be returned or exchanged. Please refer to the
next paragraph for more details.

10. Refund - Replacement of Goods

10.1. Refunds

If the following occurs, we’ll offer a full refund or redeliver replacement goods at your earliest convenience:

10.1.1.
The goods are delivered damaged; or

10.1.2.
The goods do not conform with the order; or

10.1.3.
The goods do not match the file uploaded on the website within a reasonable tolerance allowed as per industry standards.

10.2. Evidence to support return

Any claims for a refund as per clause 10.1 must be supported by the return of the damaged product and a valid receipt/invoice.

10.3. Your rights if there is a defect

If a product has a defect or other issue which is our responsibility, we shall request return of the product (if possible) and if we accept responsibility we shall, at our distrection:

10.3.1.
Repair the defect and redeliver to you at no additional cost to you; or

10.3.2.
Reprint the Image and redeliver to you at no additional cost to you; or

10.3.3.
Cancel the order and refund you in full.

If the order is redelivered you, you shall not be charged for any additional costs for reprinting and redelivery.

10.4. We are not liable for goods

We are not liable to refund or replace any products in the following situations:

10.4.1
If the defect or other issue is your responsibility, for example but not limited to wrong handling during the unpacking process; or

10.4.2
The product has any minor variations in size as a result of inadequate preparation of files; or

10.4.3
The goods have become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery

10.5. Changes due to changes in law

We reserve the right to amend the specification in the Order Form for the goods if required by any applicable statutory or regulatory requirement.

10.6. What we charge for collection

If you are responsible for the costs of return and we are collecting the product from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection.

10.7. How we will refund you

If you are entitled to a refund under these terms we will refund you the price you paid for the goods including delivery costs, by the method you used for
payment.

10.8. When your refund will be made

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.

10.9. Terms applicable to replacement terms

These terms shall apply to any replacement goods supplied by us under clause.
